- Work in a global People and Talent ecosystem supporting multiple regions and functions
- Gain hands-on exposure to Workday, recruitment platforms, and HR service delivery models
- Contribute to reporting, data integrity, and automation initiatives that support better People decisions
- Develop broad HR operations and talent acquisition expertise in a transformation-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support
- Ensure a strong candidate experience by providing logistical and administrative support throughout the recruitment process across functions and geographies
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners and Attraction Specialists in recruitment activities where relevant
- Manage interview and assessment calendars, coordinating between candidates, HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Initiate pre-boarding and due diligence activities in line with agreed processes
- Create, store, and maintain hiring documentation and update new employee data in relevant systems, including Workday and ServiceNow HR
- Manage and maintain the recruitment platform, ensuring data quality, process compliance, and timely updates
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners and People Partners with employee and manager queries related to creating job requisitions
- Liaise with third-party providers and functions outside HR where relevant to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Support employer branding activities where relevant, including career fairs, social media campaigns, and attraction initiatives
Global APMT Reporting & Data Integrity
- Ensure data accuracy in Workday and reporting dashboards
- Identify data gaps and inconsistencies and coordinate corrections
- Support reporting automation and standardisation initiatives
- Provide structured insights to support People decision-making
Employee Experience & Advisory Support
- Manage employee lifecycle cases across multiple regions (hire-to-retire)
- Provide policy and process guidance to employees and managers
- Ensure SLA compliance and high-quality case resolution
- Identify recurring themes impacting employee experience
- Proactively suggest improvements to reduce friction and inefficiencies
- Maintain knowledge base and process documentation
Cross-Functional & Cross-Regional Projects
- Support implementation of regional and global People initiatives
- Participate in transformation and migration projects into the HUB
- Partner with People Partners, Payroll, Rewards, TA, and HR Technology
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives
- Support system enhancements and process digitalisation efforts
What We Are Looking For:
Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset—curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.
- 3+ years’ experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, People Advisory, Talent Acquisition Operations, or Recruitment Coordination
- Experience working in a multinational, matrix organization
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding
- Experience supporting recruitment administration, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, job requisitions, and pre-boarding activities
- Experience supporting global reporting cycles is a strong advantage
- Advanced Excel and reporting capability; dashboard experience preferred
- Experience with Workday, recruitment platforms, or similar HR systems
- Strong analytical and data validation skills
- High attention to detail and structured working style
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work across multiple regions, functions, and time zones
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and suggest practical improvements
