Key responsibilities

  • Lead Through Supervisors
    Drive performance across multiple operational teams, setting clear priorities and ensuring accountability for safety, quality, and productivity.

    Own Shift Execution
    Take full responsibility for operational delivery during your shift, ensuring smooth flow and meeting critical turnaround targets.

    Optimize Flow & Resolve Bottlenecks
    Align real-time execution with planning, anticipate disruptions, and implement rapid solutions.

  • Ensure Equipment Readiness & Safety
    Coordinate with Asset Management to maximize availability and enforce strict safety standards.

    Be a Visible Field Leader
    Maintain strong presence on the ground to support teams, enable fast decisions, and sustain operational control.

    Develop Frontline Leaders
    Coach supervisors, monitor performance, provide feedback, and build a high-engagement culture.

    Drive Continuous Improvement
    Lead LEAN initiatives, improve processes, and use data to enhance operational performance.

    Collaborate Cross-Functionally
    Work closely with planning and cross-functions to improve systems and procedures.

We are looking for:

  • Experience & Education

  • Engineering or master’s degree, or equivalent in Logistics, or Business
  • 5+ years managing supervisors in high-volume operations (automotive, manufacturing, logistics, heavy industry)
  • Operational Expertise

  • Proven success in fast-paced, safety-critical environments
  • Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with modern operational systems and performance metrics
  • Leadership Profile

  • Ability to lead through others and build high-performing teams
  • Strong coaching and people-development skills
  • Results-driven with high ownership
  • Additional Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Lean-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement
