Key Responsibilities
- Engage in continuous learning across terminal functions including Safety, Operations, Maintenance, and Ways of Working.
- Support cross-functional projects, kaizen events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track and drive improvement actions, ensuring timely completion and effective communication of results.
- Develop, maintain, and update operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Monitor KPIs, maintain performance dashboards, and support regular reporting activities.
- Conduct process confirmations to verify adherence to standards and follow up on corrective actions.
- Promote LEAN methodologies by supporting value stream mapping, 5S, visual management, standard work, and other improvement tools.
- Coach and support teams in the practical application of LEAN principles and continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate with Ways of Working teams and improvement groups to share best practices and lessons learned.
- Contribute to workshop facilitation, training delivery, and activities that strengthen the continuous improvement culture.
What We Are Looking For
- Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset, curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.
- Master’s degree or Engineering degree in a relevant discipline such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or Business Administration.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced computer literacy combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Collaborative team player with high integrity and the ability to build productive relationships across different functions and stakeholder groups.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within diverse teams.
- Interest in LEAN methodologies, operational excellence, and process improvement
