Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Transformation: Lead and execute large-scale transformation initiatives across regional and country operations to improve efficiency, profitability, and organizational performance

Project Management: Manage end-to-end strategic projects including scope definition, planning, execution, governance, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery of project milestones

Business Planning: Conduct business performance analysis, financial modelling, MIS reporting, and strategic assessments to support leadership decision-making

Post-Merger Integration: Support M&A and integration initiatives through synergy tracking, operational alignment, performance monitoring, and process harmonization

Executive Reporting: Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, business cases, and strategic recommendation decks for senior leadership and management reviews

Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with commercial, operations, finance, procurement, and regional teams to drive execution of strategic initiatives and resolve interdependencies

Stakeholder Management: Interface with senior leadership, regional teams, customers, and external stakeholders to align priorities and drive business outcomes

Growth & Expansion Initiatives: Identify and evaluate new strategic opportunities, operational improvements, and network expansion initiatives to support long-term business growth.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or transportation industry

  • Experience in Strategy, Transformation, PMO, Business Excellence, Consulting, or Regional Projects roles preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exposure to financial analysis, MIS reporting, and business performance tracking

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience preparing leadership-level presentations and reports

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/MIS reporting tools, and project management methodologies

  • Experience working with regional or global stakeholders preferred.

Education Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

  • MBA is preferred
