Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the effective planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities across the terminal. You will ensure that work is prepared with the right level of detail, safety consideration, and resource readiness to keep assets reliable, safe, and operational.
You will:

- Localize and implement global maintenance planning standards, ensuring alignment with APM Terminals’ Asset Maintenance requirements and methodologies.

- Minimum university degree in a relevant engineering, maintenance, or technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Asset Maintenance, facility management, or a similar operational maintenance environment.
- Strong experience with maintenance planning using digital data from CMMS platforms, along with understanding of maintenance KPIs, planning principles, and scheduling processes.

- Experience working in a stakeholder‑focused, service‑oriented environment, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Highly disciplined, structured, and detail‑oriented approach to documenting work, following through on actions, and ensuring compliance with established processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
