Finance Business Partner - Tax & Reporting

Reporting to: Chief Financial OfficerWe are looking for a Finance Business Partner - Tax & Reporting to join our Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will provide financial insight, business performance analysis, reporting, taxation expertise, treasury oversight, and audit coordination to support sound business decisions. You will partner with leaders across the business to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen financial controls, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver management reporting, financial analysis, and business performance insights across business segments.
- Prepare financial models, board presentations, forecasts, annual budgets, and rolling financial forecasts (ROFO).
- Ensure accurate and timely group reporting while maintaining compliance with IND AS, internal controls, and reporting requirements.
- Manage direct and indirect taxation activities, including corporate tax, GST compliance, transfer pricing support, tax filings, assessments, and reconciliations.
- Oversee TDS compliance, tax audits, transfer pricing audits, and coordination with tax authorities, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Support treasury activities including cash flow management, fixed deposits, bank guarantees, and bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and group audits while ensuring timely resolution of audit observations and compliance requirements.
- Partner with business leaders to support decision-making, drive process improvements, standardization, automation, and capability building across finance activities.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory; CPA, MBA Finance, or an equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, management reporting, corporate finance, and taxation.
- Strong expertise in direct taxation, GST, transfer pricing, tax compliance, and financial reporting requirements under IND AS.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, business modelling, valuation, and management accounting.
- Knowledge of treasury management, cash flow planning, internal financial controls, and audit coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools; experience with ERP and group reporting systems is desirable.
- Experience within infrastructure, logistics, ports, shipping, or related industries will be advantageous.
