Job Title: Data Engineer – Network Analytics

Location: Remote
Experience: 4–6 years

Overview

We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for deep-diving into data. The role will focus on supporting operation/financial teams by delivering actionable insights, building data pipelines, and enabling data-driven decision-making for network optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models
• Develop dashboards and reports for network performance monitoring
• Analyse operational metrics
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, operations, and product
• Automate repetitive data processes and improve existing workflows

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to “dig deep” into data
• Hands-on experience with SQL (advanced level)
• Experience with data engineering tools (e.g., Spark, Python, ETL tools)
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, etc.)
• Experience building dashboards using tools like Power BI / Tableau
• Good understanding of logistics/network analytics (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets
