You’ll monitor progress across multiple workstreams, identify issues early, and ensure stakeholders — including developers, consultants, partners and internal teams — have the right information at the right time.Alongside this, you’ll support financial reconciliation activities, help close out projects efficiently, contribute to lessons learned, and play a key part in delivering Outcome Delivery Incentives (ODIs) such as DMeX, I2S, Water Quality and CMeX.In this role, you will embrace our Make Today Great philosophy, contributing to a trusted, effortless customer experience and supporting a culture where collaboration and shared knowledge thrive.

  • Is highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Can confidently manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Has excellent communication skills and can build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Is proactive, curious and keen to identify improvements
  • Is comfortable working across systems, spreadsheets and trackers
  • Can work collaboratively with both internal and external partners
  • Understands the importance of accurate data, quality governance and customer service
  • Brings a positive attitude and thrives in a fast-paced delivery environment

You’ll also be involved in:

  • Preparing workpacks and project documentation
  • Tracking Network Technician activities and coordinating with schedulers
  • Processing water quality sample results and obtaining approvals
  • Managing utility drawings, asset records and modelling reports
  • Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 and Water Quality practices
  • Supporting financial close-out and scheme reconciliation
  • Acting as point of contact for developers during PDM absence
