· Provide technical assurance across commissioning, including FAT / SAT, Integrated System Testing and operational transition.

· Lead commissioning capability development, succession planning and talent pipeline creation across Anglian Water and its delivery partners.

· Maintain strong budgetary and commercial oversight, with influence over £260m+ annual commissioning assurance and sign-off.

· Champion Safer Every Day, promoting excellence in Health, Safety, Wellbeing and process safety across all commissioning activities.

What you’ll bring

· Deep technical knowledge across M&E, I&C, process treatment and complex system integration.

· Proven experience operating as a technical authority, setting standards and providing enterprise-wide assurance.

· Strong leadership capability with experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.

· Confidence engaging with executive stakeholders, regulators and delivery partners.

· A strong safety-led mindset, with a commitment to zero-defect commissioning and operational readiness.
