The IOS Contract is a 5-year programme valued at approximately £444 million, delivering specialist water and water recycling projects. This role involves managing projects under the NEC3 contract suite, with a focus on Option E (Pre-Contract Planning) and Option A (Priced Contract with Activity Schedule).

You’ll champion a visible, values-led approach to health, safety and wellbeing, embedding a high-performing safety culture and driving best practice, governance and regulatory compliance across all construction activities.

Playing a key role in shaping the IOS construction strategy, you’ll drive innovation, consistency and efficiency across partners—identifying opportunities to boost productivity, optimise delivery models and maximise programme value.

As a senior leader, you’ll lead large, multidisciplinary teams and influence a wide stakeholder landscape, confidently operating at both strategic and operational levels to guide complex programmes from inception through to delivery and handover, fully aligned to long-term business goals.

  • Strong strategic capability in project planning, portfolio scheduling and enterprise-level risk management
