💧 For a great career, just add water.

Every day, we work to protect the environment, serve our customers, and safeguard one of our most precious resources.

Behind every successful environmental outcome is a network of people, processes, systems and data working together effectively.

As a Delivery Partner in the Flow Team , you'll play a pivotal role in making that happen.

This is an opportunity to influence how we manage flow compliance across our Water Recycling business, helping shape environmental performance across one of the UK's largest and most complex water recycling networks. You'll work across teams, functions and disciplines to turn insight into action and ensure we deliver better outcomes for customers, communities and the environment.

We're looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking professional who thrives on solving complex challenges and bringing people together.

You'll be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where environmental outcomes, regulatory expectations and significant delivery programmes intersect.

The Role

You'll be instrumental in creating stronger connections between teams, enabling data-led decision making and ensuring complex compliance improvement programmes move successfully from concept through to delivery. Working across operational, technical and delivery functions, you'll help coordinate significant environmental improvement initiatives where success depends on influencing others, managing competing priorities and maintaining momentum in a complex delivery landscape.

This role requires a systems-thinking mindset. You'll understand how flow compliance performance connects across the wider business and use that knowledge to drive continuous improvement, embed best practice, and support the development of effective governance and processes. You'll be instrumental in creating stronger connections between teams, enabling data-led decision making and ensuring compliance improvement initiatives move successfully from concept through to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders, ensuring actions, risks, dependencies and regulatory commitments remain visible and on track

  • Leading complex cross-functional initiatives where success depends on influencing teams outside of your direct control

  • Driving improvements that reduce flow compliance failures and environmental risks

  • Using data and insight to identify issues, priorities and opportunities

  • Bringing together teams across Data, Investigation, Remediation and Solution Development to deliver better outcomes

  • Leading improvement initiatives from idea through to implementation

  • Identifying root causes and creating sustainable solutions

  • Embedding effective governance, processes and best practice

  • Influencing stakeholders across the business to deliver compliance and performance improvements

  • Supporting the adoption of new ways of working that improve customer, environmental and regulatory outcomes

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who combines operational experience, analytical thinking and strong stakeholder management skills.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience working in an operational environment with a strong understanding of processes and technology

  • Experience working within a matrix management environment, delivering outcomes through influence rather than direct authority

  • Strong programme and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage priorities and drive delivery through others

  • A proven track record of delivering improvements and driving change

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Experience leading complex programmes, projects or business improvement initiatives from concept through to delivery

  • A collaborative and proactive approach to problem solving

  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills

The behaviours that will make you successful -

We're looking for someone who:

  • Curious, questioning and willing to challenge the status quo

  • Solutions-focused with a passion for continuous improvement

  • Comfortable navigating complexity and change

  • Data-driven with strong attention to detail

  • A confident collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams

  • Resilient, adaptable and able to deliver results through others

  • Passionate about protecting the environment and improving customer outcomes

Why Join Us?

Because this role is about more than compliance.

It's about protecting the environment, improving customer outcomes and helping shape the future of how we operate.

You'll join a team that values collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement, where your ideas will be heard, your expertise will be valued, and your impact will be visible.

Our customers come from all walks of life, and we want our teams to reflect that. We're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

Together, we're building a more sustainable future for our customers, our communities and our environment.

Interviews: Week commencing Monday 10th August
