Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for capital (and where appropriate, operational) projects. Support accruals, work order closures, and ensure compliance with Purchase-to-Pay processes. Maintain accurate data in financial systems (SAP) and ensure supplier payments are processed in line with contractual terms.

  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

  • Experience working with capital finance and governance procedures

  • High level of numeracy, financial awareness, and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes

  • Experience engaging and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Working knowledge of key systems such as SAP, Power BI, M2i, and P2P processes

  • Relevant Health & Safety awareness or qualifications
