In order to support Quality, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a
Working Student (d/f/m) within Quality - Communication, Change and Culture
You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and want to get to know the work of a Communication, Change and Culture manager? Then apply now! We look forward to you supporting us in TXQ as a working student (d/f/m) with approx. 18 hours a week!
Location: Taufkirchen / Munich
Start: July 2026 / as soon as possible
Duration: minimum 1 year, preferably 2 years
Definition working student
Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.
This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.
Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

Your tasks and responsibilities
- You will take an active role in all communication activities (intranet presence, creation and publication of articles, creation of video statements, etc.).
- You will also take an active role in the planning of our Quality events (All Hands, Airbus Quality Day, Leadership Summits, etc.), by being responsible for several work packages.
- You will be responsible for the quarterly Quality Newsletter and assist in the creation of editorial articles.
- You will be responsible for researching relevant topics and to write and edit texts for various media (e.g. intranet (HUB), internet, social media, speeches, newsletters, etc.).
- You will collaborate on change management tools to contribute to better adaptation to future changes.
- You will maintain the content and structure of our internal Quality HUB Community and develop it further in coordination with the team.
- General administrative and organizational tasks.
Desired skills and qualifications
- Enrolled full-time student in the area of media, communication, journalism, marketing or an equivalent field of study.
- First practical experiences in the fields of communication and project management are desirable.
- You are used to working with G-Suite and MS Office products.
- You have editorial skills and abilities, you are stylistically competent in expressing yourself in the areas of internal, external and digital communication.
- You have organisational and analytical skills.
- You have a responsible and independent way of working and a customer centric mind-set.
- You are result-oriented, stress resilient, accountable, reliable and autonomous .
- You are a team player, open-minded, creative and communicative.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Additional languages such as German, French or Spanish would be a plus.
