Requirements
Currently enrolled student in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field.
Good written and spoken German and English language skills.
Sense of responsibility, flexibility, communication, and team skills.
Basic programming knowledge and AI application skills are advantageous.
Skills & Responsibilities
3D Modeling: Create parts and assemblies using 3D computer-aided design tools to support mechanical engineering projects.
Thermal & Mechanical Analysis: Perform various analyses to ensure components meet thermal and structural design requirements.
Testing & Documentation: Assist with test setups, conduct development tests, record and evaluate measurement data, and produce manufacturing documentation.
Potential transition routes: Students from physics or general engineering programs may bring analytical problem-solving and programming skills, alongside meeting enrollment and language requirements.

Modellierung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen mittels 3D-Konstruktion
Durchführung verschiedenster Analysen bzgl. Thermischer- und Mechanischer Auslegung von Bauteilen und Komponenten
Erstellen von Fertigungsunterlagen
Unterstützung bei Versuchsaufbauten
Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Versuchen
Dokumentation von Arbeitsweisen und Standards
Betreuung und ggf. eigenständige Durchführung von Entwicklungstests, Erfassung und Auswertung der Messdaten und Erstellung der erforderlichen Dokumentation aus den Versuchsergebnissen und den Berechnungen
Unterstützung bei Standardaufgaben innerhalb der Abteilung.
Deine Qualifikationen
immatrikulierter Student im Bereich Luft- & Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder vergleichbar
Neigung zu praxisbezogener als auch zu analytischer Tätigkeit
Grundlagen der Programmierung sind von Vorteil
Kenntnisse bei der Anwendung von KI sind von Vorteil
gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sind selbstverständlich
