Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Widebody Program Change Leader for Airframe (f/m) to join the Widebody Program Configuration Management team (BLMCN) in Airbus based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of the Conf management France team. As part of this team, you will be involved in different activities to aiming at manage operationally all the changes relevant to the activities done in France.

Your challenges:
The jobholder acts as Product Change Leader (PCL) in the Widebody A330/A350 Program for Airframe France perimeter (including Nose and Center Fuselage (NCF), Pylon, Paint and Flight Test Instrumentation). He reports to the Head of Widebody Airframe FR Configuration Management.
The jobholder is accountable for the Full Change Process for changes impacting Airframe FR, from the change initialization, until the implementation of the Change on the aircraft and the MOD closure.
- Acts as the project leader for changes applied to production or in-service aircraft, driven by safety, maturity, weight, cost, or new feature developments.
- Orchestrates and aligns all key stakeholders across the change lifecycle, including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, customer services, and the Final Assembly Line (FAL).
- Gathers and presents all critical data (technical impacts, costs, schedules, risks, and embodiment points) to enable the Program Decision Board to rule on the change implementation.
- Ensures the successful and compliant deployment of authorized changes on the aircraft, strictly meeting On Time, On Cost, and On Quality targets.
- Delivers all required Configuration Management (CM) deliverables and applies rigorous project management methodologies for medium to high-complexity changes.
Your boarding pass:
- Background in Airframe & System installation engineering or Configuration Management
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in Project Management, Airframe & System installation engineering or Configuration Management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Team spirit
- Fluent level in French and English
