At Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.

Your challenges

  • Anticipate critical issues during PTM reviews and support strategic decision-making for the QGO (Quality Gate Opening) launch.
  • Drive execution by monitoring milestones and managing critical bottlenecks from the FOT (Final Operational Test) phase through to delivery.
  • Lead the cabin points coordination interface, a growing mission requiring you to ensure folio convergence and address specific technical topics.
  • Rally stakeholders around the OL/QOL duo to ensure alignment on technical subjects and efficient escalation of TOA blocking points.
  • Champion continuous improvement by analyzing milestone performance and structuring LL (Lessons Learned) to optimize future production cycles.

Your boarding pass

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally within the aerospace sector in Supply Chain management.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP), Supply Chain monitoring tools, and inventory/flow management processes.
  • Ability to participate in "Crisis Task Forces" and coordinate multi-functional stakeholders (Quality, Procurement, Finance, ME, MAP).
  • Aptitude for defining alert thresholds, anticipating shortage risks, and proposing robust mitigation strategies.
  • Professional fluency in both English and French is mandatory for daily coordination across international Airbus sites.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
