Airbus Commercial Aircraft / MSN Manager Flex Widebody / Toulouse
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a MSN Manager Flex Customer Line Widebody (f/m) to join our Supply Chain & Production Planning department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing Widebody aircraft delivery excellence. As part of the Flex Customer Line Team, you will be involved in high-stakes supply chain orchestration aiming at securing Aircraft deliveries on time and on quality by bridging the gap between manufacturing units and global suppliers.

Your challenges
- Anticipate critical issues during PTM reviews and support strategic decision-making for the QGO (Quality Gate Opening) launch.
- Drive execution by monitoring milestones and managing critical bottlenecks from the FOT (Final Operational Test) phase through to delivery.
- Lead the cabin points coordination interface, a growing mission requiring you to ensure folio convergence and address specific technical topics.
- Rally stakeholders around the OL/QOL duo to ensure alignment on technical subjects and efficient escalation of TOA blocking points.
- Champion continuous improvement by analyzing milestone performance and structuring LL (Lessons Learned) to optimize future production cycles.
Your boarding pass
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally within the aerospace sector in Supply Chain management.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP), Supply Chain monitoring tools, and inventory/flow management processes.
- Ability to participate in "Crisis Task Forces" and coordinate multi-functional stakeholders (Quality, Procurement, Finance, ME, MAP).
- Aptitude for defining alert thresholds, anticipating shortage risks, and proposing robust mitigation strategies.
- Professional fluency in both English and French is mandatory for daily coordination across international Airbus sites.
