- Helicopter Technical Operations supporting Airbus Helicopters;

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Keeper to join our Helicopters Operations Department for a customer based in the United Arabic Emirates.
In this vital role, you'll be responsible for the efficient and accurate management of helicopter components and spares. You'll work closely with our customers to ensure timely delivery, maintain precise inventory control, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality in all logistics operations. Roles and responsibilities
As a Warehouse Keeper, your mission will be to:
- Act as Customer Focal Point:
- Serve as the primary local point of contact for spare requests at the assigned site, fostering strong day-to-day relationships.
- Maintain a professional, proactive, and positive demeanor and communication style.

- Ensure Quality & Safety at All Times:
- Strictly adhere to all relevant procedures, quality, and safety standards and regulations (both global aviation and local ones).
- Regularly check the working environment for safety hazards.
- Apply human factors principles and adhere to Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention guidelines.
- Maintain awareness of and apply Dangerous Goods regulations and principles.
- Strictly adhere to all relevant procedures, quality, and safety standards and regulations (both global aviation and local ones).
- Act as Warehouse Keeper:
- Collaborate closely with our LFR and Technical team
- Coordinate the management of spare requests.
- Support the handling and packaging activities of stored Support Products in conjunction with the End-user.
- Track the repair flow of Support Products (especially "golden items" under repair or "upgrading" for retrofit), ensuring parts are returned to Industry and initiating Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests.
- Monitor the delivery of Spares provisioned through the Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) process.
- Monitor, control, and ensure that the configuration of Support Products in stock is serviceable and has sufficient remaining shelf life.
- Perform revalidation actions in cooperation with the End-user’s representatives to extend the shelf life of Support Products.
- Conduct inventory assessments at End-user’s premises in joint cooperation with the End-user.
- Collaborate closely with our LFR and Technical team
- Coordinate Transport:
- Organize relevant transportation from Operating Bases (e.g., return of defective items or transfers between bases) in close cooperation with the End-user and according to required timelines.
- Perform outgoing inspections and package Support Products for transfer from Operating Bases to the contractor, in collaboration with the End-user.

- Ensure Reporting:
- Report on stock availability to the logistical representative, BeOS (Business Operations System), and the contract manager.
- Provide deliverables as defined with the customer at the beginning of each year.

Experience /Education
- A Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Logistics OR relevant experience (minimum 1 year).
- Experience in aeronautics' components/spares management (helicopters or fixed-wing) is a significant advantage.
