VIE - Key Account Manager for Employment & Learning (d/f/m)

What is the VIE program?

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

You will be part of our transnational team in charge of competence management, employment and learning. Our team is responsible to build and follow up through a resource strategy for the Helicopter division.

Your location

At our Donauwörth site we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Support preparing the consolidation of the Resource Reviews addressing the competence, employment & learning strategy as well as yearly related action plans
  • Follow up on the action plan issued out of the resource review with a multifunctional team (recruiters, learning advisors, HR business partners, academies)
  • You are in charge of projects linked to the development of competences, employment & learning innovation and strategy:
    • Onboarding of newcomers and follow up of early career topics
    • Divers reporting activities and communication concerning various employment topics such as I&D recruitment, employment marketing, staffing progress, internal mobility
    • Internal mobility specialist representing AH in the CoP on Group side
    • Participation in different user experience groups for employment dashboards and reporting improvement actions
    • Improver for EMP-20 process ('To Recruit and Onboard People)
    • Transversal support of the country and functional KAMs
    • Organisation of team events, CoP workshops with a strong focus on transnational collaboration
    • Contribution and preparation of team meetings, Strategic and Operational Employment Reviews, I&D recruitment reviews etc.
    • Involvement in different employment, competence & learning related projects (leadtime, candidate experience, competence assessment, internal trainer)


Desired skills and qualifications

  • You have a master's degree in Human Resources, International Business, Communications or in a similar field of study
  • You are a team player and you enjoy working with diverse teams
  • You bring analytical thinking and interest in data analytics with you
  • You have a structured way of working
  • You are interest in social media and digital communication
  • You have gained first international experience during studies or through internships or jobs abroad
  • Advanced English, basic knowledge in German would be a plus
