Misión:
Apoyar en el análisis y ejecución de los procesos de administración salarial, beneficios y equidad interna, con el fin de adquirir una visión integral del área de Compensaciones mientras se asegura la correcta aplicación de las políticas de la organización.
Responsabilidades:
- Colaborar en la administración y elaboración de procesos administrativos de la nómina y compensación total para todas las entidades.
- Asegurar que los procesos y políticas se ejecuten con precisión.
- Garantizar la alineación a los objetivos del área y compañía.
Requerimientos:
- Licenciatura en Admon, Psicología, Lic. Económico Administrativa o afín.
- Manejo de paquetería Google.

Mission:
Support the analysis and execution of salary administration, benefits, and internal equity processes, in order to acquire an integral vision of the Compensation area while ensuring the correct application of organizational policies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the administration and preparation of administrative processes for payroll and total compensation for all entities.
- Ensure that processes and policies are executed with precision.
- Guarantee alignment with the objectives of the area and company.
Requeriments:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Economics and Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
