Como Trainee de Staffing, serás responsable de apoyar el proceso de adquisición de talento para contribuir a la contratación a tiempo de acuerdo con las necesidades de la organización, mientras aprendes y te adhieres a las políticas de la empresa. Colaborarás activamente en el logro de los objetivos de Recursos Humanos a través de soporte operativo y logístico.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar la búsqueda activa ( active sourcing ) y el mapeo de talento en diversas bolsas de trabajo, redes sociales y bases de datos internas para identificar candidatos potenciales para las posiciones vacantes.
  • Realizar entrevistas de filtro inicial para evaluar las calificaciones básicas de los candidatos, sus habilidades blandas ( soft skills ) y su alineación con los requisitos del puesto.
  • Coordinar y gestionar la logística de las entrevistas entre los candidatos y los líderes de contratación ( Hiring Managers ), asegurando una comunicación fluida y la recopilación oportuna de comentarios ( feedback ).
  • Colaborar en la logística del proceso de contratación e inducción ( on-boarding ), brindando apoyo a los nuevos ingresos para asegurar una experiencia de bienvenida positiva que fomente el compromiso inicial.
  • Aprender y aplicar los lineamientos legales y corporativos respecto a la gestión de datos de los candidatos, garantizando el manejo correcto de la información confidencial.
  • Mantener actualizados y organizados los formatos, registros y documentos del departamento, siguiendo los procedimientos de calidad internos para asegurar la preparación ante auditorías.
  • Mantener actualizaciones en tiempo real en el sistema de reclutamiento (ATS) y en las bases de datos para garantizar la total visibilidad y trazabilidad del proceso de reclutamiento.
  • Apoyar en el mapeo, contacto inicial y seguimiento operativo con universidades, bolsas de trabajo y oficinas de empleo locales para alimentar las fuentes de talento ( talent pipelines ) del equipo.

Requerimientos:

  • Nivel Licenciatura Concluido
  • 1 o 2 años de experiencia en una posición de reclutamiento ( staffing )
  • Experiencia en reclutamiento
  • Experiencia con ATS (Sistemas de Seguimiento de Candidatos)
  • Inglés intermedio alto ( Upper Intermediate )
  • Habilidades: Comunicación efectiva, pensamiento analítico y trabajo en equipo.

Mission:

As Trainee Staffing you will be responsible for supporting the talent acquisition process to contribute to on-time hiring according to organizational needs, while learning and adhering to company policies. Actively collaborate in the achievement of Human Resources objectives through operational and logistical support

Responsibilities:

  • Execute active sourcing and talent mapping across various job boards, social media, and internal databases to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' basic qualifications, soft skills, and alignment with position requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage interview logistics between candidates and Hiring Managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely feedback collection.
  • Collaborate in the logistics of the hiring and on-boarding process, providing support to new hires to ensure a positive welcoming experience that fosters initial engagement..
  • Learn and apply legal and corporate guidelines regarding candidate data management, ensuring the correct handling of confidential information.
  • Keep the department's formats, records, and documents updated and organized, following internal quality procedures to ensure audit readiness.
  • Maintain real-time updates in the recruitment system (ATS) and databases to guarantee full visibility and traceability of the recruitment process
  • Support the mapping, initial contact, and operational follow-up with universities, job boards, and local employment offices to feed the team's talent pipelines.

Requeriments:

  • Bachelor´s Degree
  • 1 or 2 years of experience in a staffing position
  • Recruitment Experience
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Upper Intermediate English
  • Skills: Effective Communication, Analytical Thinking, and Team Work.
