Misión:
Facilitar la ejecución de la estrategia de talento en Airbus mediante el soporte directo al HRBP, asegurando la eficiencia operativa en los procesos de ciclo de vida del colaborador y sirviendo como enlace con el área de Talent & Development, dando soporte a las iniciativas de dicho COE

Responsabilidades:
- Gestión del Employee Journey: Apoyar en la ejecución de procesos clave de contratación, promociones y cambios, asegurando que el flujo de información sea impecable.
- Soporte al HRBP en tareas de contacto con el personal para resolver dudas internas, así como en momentos clave como campañas al empleado, eventos y procesos administrativos .
- Apoyar en el control de expedientes, armado de los mismos, revisión de documentación y seguimiento a actualización de documentos..
- Colaborar en la logística y despliegue de planes de acción derivados de la encuesta de clima (Focus Groups, talleres, comunicación).
- Dar soporte en el proceso de Atracción de talento haciendo filtros de CV´s
- Dar soporte en el proceso de Development de acuerdo con los entrenamientos, campañas, etc.
Requerimientos:
Estudiante de último año (7mo semestre en adelante) de Administración, Psicología, Relaciones Industriales o similares
Google Suite (Intermedio)
Inglés Intermedio
Deseable conocimiento de ATS (Workday, Success Factors, Taleo)
Sentido de urgencia, resiliencia, creatividad, trabajo en equipo, facilidad de palabra y orientaciòn al cliente.

Mission
To facilitate the execution of the talent strategy at Airbus by providing direct support to the HRBP, ensuring operational efficiency throughout the employee lifecycle processes. This role serves as a liaison with the Talent & Development department, supporting initiatives driven by this Center of Excellence (COE).
- Location: Mexico City International Airport (AICM)
- Schedule: Part-time
Responsibilities
- Employee Journey Management: Support the execution of key processes-including hiring, promotions, and organizational changes-ensuring a seamless flow of information.
- HRBP Support: Assist with employee relations by resolving internal queries and supporting key moments such as employee campaigns, events, and administrative processes.
- Document Control: Assist in the management and assembly of employee files, including document review and follow-up on record updates.
- Engagement & Culture: Collaborate on the logistics and deployment of action plans derived from engagement surveys (Focus Groups, workshops, and communications).
- Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by performing initial CV screenings.
- Development Support: Assist in development initiatives, including training sessions, internal campaigns, and learning programs.
Requirements
- Education: Final-year student (7th semester onwards) in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: * Google Suite (Intermediate).
- Familiarity with ATS (Workday, SuccessFactors, or Taleo) is a plus.

- Languages: Intermediate English.
- Soft Skills: Sense of urgency, resilience, creativity, teamwork, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
