About Sicherheitsbeauftragte*r/Health & Safety Representative (m/w/d)

Als Sicherheitsbeauftragte*r mit Qualifikation zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Sicherstellung und Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben im Arbeitsschutz an unseren Standorten - in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Airbus-Fachbereichen.

Ihre Aufgaben im Einzelnen:

• Sicherstellung, dass Arbeitsschutzvorgaben eingehalten und im Betriebsalltag umgesetzt werden
  
• Erster Ansprechpartner*in vor Ort für alle Fragen rund um Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
  
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit und dem Betriebsarzt von Airbus
  
• Begleitung und Unterstützung bei regelmäßigen Begehungen durch Airbus-Arbeitssicherheit
  
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Betriebsanweisungen und Sicherheitsunterlagen
  
• Kommunikation sicherheitsrelevanter Informationen an Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte
  
• Nachverfolgung sicherheitsrelevanter Maßnahmen aus Begehungen oder Audits
  
• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Unterweisungen
  
• Schnittstelle zu Behörden, internen Fachbereichen sowie Airbus-Zentralfunktionen
  

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (gem. DGUV Vorschrift 2)
  
• Idealerweise Erfahrung als Sicherheitsbeauftragte*r oder in vergleichbarer Rolle
  
• Praktische Kenntnisse im Arbeitsschutzrecht sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Konzernstrukturen
  
• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
  
• Versierter Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit digitalen HSE-Systemen wünschenswert
  
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
