IM within Airbus is a Transnational Organization mirroring the Industrial landscape. IM is currently undergoing a major Digital Transformation program focusing on Product and Technology Service teams with an end-to-end (E2E) accountability and full responsibility for the value proposition.

We are looking for an Integration expert who is the Business Interface to the IM Business teams in Europe.

On top, you act as Developer.

For both activities, you will have a strong collaboration (reusing, consolidating & driving convergence) with the Product & Service Lines.

To further elevate our capabilities, we are seeking an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect. This pivotal role will lead the design and implementation of scalable and resilient AEM solutions, playing a key role in shaping the future of our digital customer experience.

Your Role: As the AEM Architect at Satair, you will be responsible for architecting robust digital solutions that enhance our customer engagement and drive e-commerce success. Your expertise will be instrumental in integrating AEM with other platforms and analytics tools, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer journey. Leading by example, you will define best practices and guidelines for AEM development and deployment, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate with relevant experience of 7 to 10 years in AEM

  • Design scalable and resilient AEM architecture, integrating it seamlessly with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.

  • Lead the implementation of AEM solutions, ensuring they meet our digital innovation and customer experience goals.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in designing Adobe Experience Manager solutions.

  • Proficiency in e-commerce analytics strategies and their implementation within AEM.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to define and advocate for best practices in AEM development and deployment.

  • Deep understanding of the integration of AEM with other e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.

  • A forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to drive innovation and change in a dynamic industry.

  • Define and enforce best practices and guidelines for AEM development and deployment across the organization.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of digital projects.

  • Stay ahead of digital trends, especially in Adobe technologies, to continually enhance our digital offerings.
