What you’ll be doing...

As an experienced AEM Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AEM-based solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, front-end developers, content authors, and project managers, to deliver high-quality web applications and content management systems.

What we’re looking for...

  • Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
  • Customize and extend the AEM platform to meet specific business requirements.
  • Implement AEM-based content management solutions that are scalable, secure, and performant.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Lead technical discussions and provide recommendations on best practices and strategies.
  • Ensure the quality of code through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Integrate AEM with other systems such as CRM, DAM, e-commerce platforms, and third-party APIs.
  • Work on end-to-end solutions, including front-end and back-end development.
  • Optimize AEM performance by fine-tuning configurations, caching strategies, and content delivery.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Work closely with content authors and administrators to streamline content management processes.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and code.
  • Provide training and support to teams on AEM best practices and functionality.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other content management systems.

  • Strong Knowledge in Java, J2EE, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX).

  • Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, including Sling, OSGi, JCR, Dispatcher.

  • Experience with AEM development tools like CRXDE, Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins.

  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and RESTful APIs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer or Architect.
  • Experience with cloud services, particularly Adobe Managed Services or AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
