Job Title: 3D Experience Platform Technical Leader

Context

Wanted to sustain the NextGen and DDMS programme?

Here is an opportunity to join “3DX platform” department (“3DX platform” Product Service Line - DIP) in charge of designing, providing and operating 3DX platform based on 3D Experience solution.
3D Experience aims to be the single & harmonized platform to support the next Aircraft generation, its Industrial set-up and Services part.
To secure such ambition, over the next 3 years, our main focus will be on :

  • Operational performance
  • Industrialization & Robustness
  • Stakeholders & Communication management

Your challenges :

Your role will be to support, facilitate and drive the technical and non-technical discussion regarding the various platforms used by an organization's final users

As a 3D Experience Platform Technical leader you will be an essential part of collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that all platforms are properly maintained, updated, and meet the needs of the end-users. Additionally, the tech support will provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the team and end-users.

You will work with Information Security and IT specialists, Platform Architects, Release managers, tools and services suppliers and vendors to design, update, maintain infrastructure and DevOps toolchain supporting NGSA applications hosted on 3DX Platforms.

Accountability and mission:

  • Contribute in defining 3D Experience Platforms strategy, risk matrix and roadmap,
  • Recommend continuous improvement and robustness project/solutions to be implemented to support excellence in 3DX platform end-user usage,
  • Define operational and security dashboards & KPI (on Splunk and others monitoring standard Solutions)
  • Work with the Governance and Sustainability teams to optimize the usage of 3DX IT assets, optimizing the costs and Carbon footprint.
  • Keep up to date record of CMDB, MyPortfolio referentials
  • Analyse current 3DX environment provision and maintenance processes and recommend improvements to optimize usage and costs
  • Drive the Multi-Functional teams in the execution of continuous improvement, robustness or automation projects

Your boarding pass:

We are looking for motivated people with at least 10 years of experience and strong references, with excellent English communication and problem solving skills, the ability to understand complex environments & processes, programs and accustomed to dealing with all levels from operational staff to senior management inside as well as outside IT.

You will need to confirm one or several of the following competences and skills:

  • Ideally educated to a master degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Stakeholder management , capability to influence business decision
  • Understanding of large range of topics from hardware, networks, systems, applications to data, and new digital capabilities
  • Technical knowledge of modern web applications, Cloud, Virtual and physical infrastructures Comprehensive ability to troubleshoot and remediate complex issues
  • Ability to document and diagram technical processes and workflows
  • Fundamentals Splunk skills
  • Technical knowledge on Dassault product (3dx)
  • A passion to stay on top of security trends, experiment with and learn new technologies.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a loosely structured, rapidly changing work environment.
  • Knowledge of of project management and agile methodologies
  • Adaptable, autonomous and value & customer minded
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced level of English
