Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m) to join our Talent Acquisition organisation based in Toulouse, France.

Dedicated to Employment, the Talent Acquisition organisation is in charge of external staffing (permanent and early careers), internal mobility, temporary workforce management and inclusion & diversity initiatives for Airbus France.

Your working environment:

Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Ideally located between the Mediterranean sea and the Atlantic ocean and close to the Pyrenees mountains, it offers plenty of options for outdoor activities!

Your challenges:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your responsibilities will include:

End-to-end responsibility for external recruitments :

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and advise on requirements
  • Define the most appropriate sourcing strategy, channels and social media to identify and attract the most talented people (passive or active sourcing)
  • Actively contribute to the final candidate selection and recruitment process up to the contractualization

Contribution on Early careers programmes:

  • Support Early careers recruitment campaigns (internship, apprenticeship)
  • Actively contribute to Early careers takeover

Promotion of an inclusive and diversity-friendly environment:

  • Contribute to the diversity of Airbus workforce through talent acquisition activities
  • Work in close collaboration with our Inclusion & Diversity team to foster job opportunities for people with disabilities

Your boarding pass:

  • Academic background in Business Administration, Social Sciences or Psychology
  • Confirmed professional experience in Talent acquisition, ideally for industrial companies (white collar and blue collar positions)
  • Experienced user of social media and sourcing tools (LinkedIn recruiter, jobboards and cv database)
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Energetic, assertive, with a strong customer focus and ability to partner and influence the business
  • Strong sense of curiosity and team spirit
