Misión:

Como Técnico Mecánico será responsable de mantener el vuelo seguro de los helicópteros mediante la aplicación de todas las actividades de mantenimiento requeridas en la aeronave, en estricto apego a la documentación técnica y normas aplicables, manteniendo un comportamiento profesional y personal que permita el desarrollo social y económico de la empresa.

Resposabilidades:

• Efectuar todos los trabajos de mantenimiento asignados por su jerarquía, en los helicópteros, sus componentes, sub-componentes, sus sistemas ó tareas específicas según sea el caso. Tareas que surgen por servicio, boletines, directivas de aeronavegabilidad, instrucciones técnicas y suplementarias así como corrección de discrepancias.

• Efectuar todos los trabajos asignados bajo los procedimientos y documentación técnica que marcan el fabricante y las autoridades aeronáuticas aplicables siempre cubriendo las normas de seguridad y calidad especificadas.

• Contar con la licencia vigente expedida por la autoridad aeronáutica de: técnico de mantenimiento clase I con certificado de capacidad en aeronaves de ala rotativa.

• Identificar las partes, herramientas y tiempo estimado para la realización de las actividades de mantenimiento, mediante el levantamiento correcto de las discrepancias.

• Conocer y aplicar correctamente en su totalidad las técnicas estándar emitidas por el fabricante en cada actividad que realice; torques, frenados, procedimientos de reparación, tratamientos térmicos, etc.

• Deberá conocer y cumplir las normas, políticas y objetivos emitidos por la autoridad aeronáutica, del fabricante y de la empresa, así como las políticas del sistema de calidad que en ella se aplican.

• Contar con capacidad comprobable en las tareas de mantenimiento de los equipos asignados.

• Mantener limpia y en orden las áreas de trabajo y cumplir con lo establecido con el procedimiento de 5´s.

• Mantener en operación y en condiciones óptimas las herramientas comunes, especiales así como el equipo de medición y de apoyo terrestre, comunicar inmediatamente a su supervisor o encargado de herramientas de cualquier defecto encontrado o provocado en las mismas.

• Mantener y difundir una conciencia y compromiso aeronáutico en los objetivos encomendados, siempre con una respuesta positiva a la capacitación y con la disponibilidad de entrenar al personal a su cargo, promoviendo así, el trabajo en equipo todo el tiempo.

• Deberá conocer y registrar correctamente todos los trabajos realizados en la documentación de la aeronave.

• Cumplir con la política de seguridad operacional de la compañía.

• Reportar los eventos de seguridad en tiempo y forma (voluntaria o confidencialmente).

• Seguir los protocolos definidos antes situaciones de emergencia o crisis

• Coadyuvar en la toma de medidas para la mitigación de riesgos.

• Reportar oportunamente peligros, eventos o situaciones que afecten la seguridad operacional

• Seguir las indicaciones de las brigadas de seguridad ante situaciones de respuesta a la emergencia

• Acatar las disposiciones en materia de seguridad operacional

• Conocer y Cumplir con la Normativa de Export Control, cumpliendo anualmente con la capacitación definida en la plataforma Mypulse

Requerimientos:

Escolaridad Media Superior (Indispensable)

1 año experiencia en Mantenimiento de Aeronaves ala rotativa

Técnico en Mantenimiento Clase I (Indispensable)

Técnico en Mantenimiento Clase II (Eléctrico) (Deseable)

Habilidades como tolerancia al estrés, adaptabilidad, trabajo en equipo e integridad.

Mission: As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the safe flight of helicopters by performing all required maintenance activities on the aircraft, in strict compliance with technical documentation and applicable regulations, while maintaining professional and personal conduct that enables the social and economic development of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all maintenance work assigned by your hierarchy on helicopters, their components, sub-components, systems, or specific tasks as required. These tasks arise from service requirements, bulletins, airworthiness directives, technical and supplementary instructions, as well as discrepancy corrections.
  • Carry out all assigned work under the procedures and technical documentation established by the manufacturer and applicable aeronautical authorities, always meeting specified safety and quality standards.
  • Hold a valid license issued by the aeronautical authority as: Maintenance Technician Class I with a rating certificate for rotary-wing aircraft.
  • Identify parts, tools, and estimated time for the execution of maintenance activities through the correct recording of discrepancies.
  • Know and correctly apply all standard techniques issued by the manufacturer in every activity performed; torquing, safety wiring, repair procedures, heat treatments, etc.
  • Understand and comply with the regulations, policies, and objectives issued by the aeronautical authority, the manufacturer, and the company, as well as the quality system policies applied within it.
  • Possess verifiable capability in maintenance tasks for the assigned equipment.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, complying with the established 5S procedure.
  • Maintain common and special tools, as well as measuring and ground support equipment, in optimal operating condition; immediately communicate any found or caused defects to the supervisor or tool crib manager.
  • Maintain and promote aeronautical awareness and commitment to the entrusted objectives, always showing a positive response to training and a willingness to train personnel under your charge, thus promoting teamwork at all times.
  • Correctly record all work performed in the aircraft documentation.

Requirements:

  • High School Education / Vocational Training (Essential).
  • 1 year of experience in Rotary Wing Aircraft Maintenance.
  • Maintenance Technician Class I (Essential).
  • Maintenance Technician Class II (Avionics/Electrical) (Desirable).
  • Skills: Stress tolerance, adaptability, teamwork, and integrity.
