STAGE 2027 - Intégration de la Transformation IA (F/H)

• Mission Principale (50%) - Accompagnement & Diffusion IA :
  • Soutenir l'adoption, l'utilisation et la diffusion auprès des communautés DDMS des technologies d'IA et des Agents IA grâce à la formation, au coaching et à l'intégration des outils dans le travail quotidien.
  • Identifier, évaluer et documenter les cas d'usage à haute valeur ajoutée afin d'enrichir le référentiel et le guide des meilleures pratiques d'Airbus.

• Sandbox d'Exploration (30%) - Prototypage IA :
  • Soutenir l'exploration structurée et le prototypage de nouveaux cas d'usage de l'IA, en opérant strictement en mode bac à sable / prototype pour alimenter la vision stratégique.

• Incubation Technique, Automatisation & IA Agentique (20%) - Support Programmes Avion :
  • Participer aux études de faisabilité en IA.
  • Explorer l'automatisation de la génération de données techniques.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Maîtrise opérationnelle des plateformes d'IA générative d'entreprise et des architectures d'Agents IA.
• Conduite du changement, facilitation d'ateliers et pédagogie auprès d'utilisateurs variés.
• Compréhension des processus d'ingénierie aéronautique et de la gestion des données techniques.
• Gestion de projet d'innovation numérique et structuration de cas d'usage en environnement industriel.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de Data Science, de l'Intelligence Artificielle, de la Transformation Digitale ou une discipline apparentée.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

• Compétences techniques :

• Solides bases théoriques et pratiques en Data Science et sur les plateformes d'Intelligence Artificielle Générative.

• Appétence Métier & Environnements d'Entreprise : Intérêt pour les espaces de travail digitaux d'entreprise (Google Workspace) et les outils de données d'ingénierie.

• Soft Skills :

• Qualités Relationnelles : Communication proactive, écoute active et d'excellentes capacités interpersonnelles pour échanger avec des parties prenantes opérationnelles diverses.

• Compétences Organisationnelles : Esprit rigoureux et structuré pour gérer les attentes de multiples parties prenantes dans un cadre opérationnel défini.

• Langues :

• Anglais : Niveau Avancé

• Une autre langue (français, allemand, espagnol, italien) serait appréciée.

Your mission:

An internship opportunity titled: « AI Transformation Integration (m/f) » has just opened at Airbus SAS located in Toulouse. You will join the department in charge of digital transformation.

Your internship will consist in: supporting the adoption, enablement, and scaling of Artificial Intelligence and AI Agent technologies across the DDMS organization, while contributing to technical exploration and incubation projects to optimize operational and engineering processes.

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start between January and March 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Your main missions will consist of:

• Core Mission (50%) - AI Enablement & Scaling: Support the adoption, usage, and enablement of AI and AI Agent technologies across DDMS communities through training, coaching, and integrating tools into daily workflows. Identify, evaluate, and document high-value use cases to enrich the Airbus reference repository and best-practice guides.

• Exploration Sandbox (30%) - AI Prototyping: Support structured exploration and prototyping of new AI use cases, operating strictly in a sandbox/prototype mode to feed the strategic vision.

• Technical Incubation, Automation & Agentic AI (20%) - Aircraft Programs Support: Participate in AI feasibility studies and explore the automation of technical data generation.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Operational mastery of enterprise Generative AI platforms and AI Agent architectures.

• Change management, workshop facilitation, and upskilling across diverse end-users.

• Understanding of aerospace engineering processes and technical data management.

• Digital innovation project management and structuring use cases in an industrial environment.

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation (or equivalent).

You possess the following competences:

• Technical skills:

• Solid theoretical and practical foundation in Data Science and Generative Artificial Intelligence platforms.

• Business Acumen & Enterprise Environments: Strong interest in digital enterprise workspaces (Google Workspace) and engineering data tools.

• Soft Skills:

• Interpersonal Qualities: Proactive communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse operational stakeholders.

• Organizational Skills: Rigorous and structured mindset to manage multiple stakeholder expectations within defined operational boundaries.

• Language skills:

• English: fluent / advanced

• French: intermediate / advanced (or another language such as German, Spanish, or Italian is appreciated)
