Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :
Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en amélioration continue de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et de la qualité (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir chez Airbus SAS, à Blagnac. Vous rejoindrez le département Procurement Aerostructure Business Support (PIAX), qui soutient les équipes opérationnelles (responsables et spécialistes qualité de la chaîne d'approvisionnement) afin de garantir la performance et la qualité des livraisons de nos fournisseurs d'aérostructures. Nous pilotons la coordination et l'harmonisation des pratiques concernant le suivi de la performance des fournisseurs, la conformité, la montée en cadence industrielle et le soutien sur site.
Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe PIAX pour déployer l'application Gemini (intégration dans Google Workspace, création de « Gems » personnalisés, etc.) afin d'optimiser l'efficacité opérationnelle, d'automatiser les tâches quotidiennes, de standardiser le reporting et de faciliter le partage des meilleures pratiques et méthodes.
Ce stage de 6 mois débutera idéalement en janvier ou février 2027 (cette période est indicative et susceptible d'être ajustée).Ce stage nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues. Vos missions principales consisteront à :

Vous êtes actuellement en Master (école d'ingénieurs, université) avec une spécialisation en Gestion des données, Cybersécurité ou Ingénierie, axée sur l'Intelligence Artificielle et la Data (ou un domaine équivalent).
Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :
• Compétences techniques :
• Grand intérêt pour les outils d'IA générative (Gemini, applications Google Workspace) et les méthodes numériques d'amélioration continue.
• Soft Skills :

• A l'aise dans les échanges avec des interlocuteurs opérationnels variés
• Langues :

Your mission:
An internship opportunity titled: « Supply Chain & Quality Continuous Improvement Intern (f/m) » has just opened at Airbus SAS located in Blagnac. You will join the Procurement Aerostructure Business Support (PIAX) department in charge of supporting operational teams (Supply Chain Quality Managers and Specialists) to ensure the performance and delivery quality of our aerostructure suppliers.
Your internship will consist in working closely with the PIAX team to deploy the Gemini application (integration into Google Workspace, creation of custom "Gems", etc.) in order to optimize operational efficiency, automate daily tasks, standardize reporting, and facilitate the sharing of best practices and methods.
Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in October 20 (date subject to flexibility).
This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.
Your main missions will consist of:
• Process Automation and Custom AI Development: Analyze daily operational workflows to identify automation opportunities; design, test, and deploy custom "Gems" and Gemini-based routines to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Reporting and Best Practices Standardization: Leverage the Gemini application to unify, simplify, and automate supply chain and quality reports, ensuring smooth data synthesis across Google Workspace tools.
• Change Management and Support: Create user guides, conduct short demonstration sessions, and drive digital adoption within the team to help colleagues effectively integrate generative AI tools into their daily work.
• Knowledge Sharing and Documentation: Centralize and harmonize methods, prompt libraries, and operational best practices within the department to ensure long-term sustainability and continuous improvement.
Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.
This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:
• Practical expertise in customizing generative AI applications (Gemini Workspace ecosystem, creation of custom "Gems", prompt optimization) applied to a complex industrial supply chain context.
• Operational understanding of supplier performance monitoring, compliance standards, and quality processes related to aerostructures in the aerospace manufacturing sector.
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration with support teams and operational quality specialists.
Your Boarding Pass:
You are preparing a Master's degree (Engineering School, University, or equivalent) specializing in Data Management, Cybersecurity, or Engineering, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Data (or equivalent).
You possess the following competences:
• Technical skills:
• Proficiency or interest in Generative AI tools (Gemini, prompt engineering, Google Workspace integration).
