Vos défis:

• Définir et optimiser le plan PM et la gamme technique des équipements et systèmes;
• Analyser la performance des équipements à l’aide des outils LEAN MANUFACTURING, 5P, GSTD, DMAIC, PDCA etc. par les résultats de production et l’historique de la GMAO;
• Identifier pour les pannes, la non-qualité et les opportunités économiques, les causes, évaluer et quantifier les impacts;
• Identifier les actions maintenance à réaliser dans le cadre des nouveaux projets, évaluer et quantifier les impacts;
• Proposer des activités de fiabilité et de développement en ligne avec les priorités et les gains potentiels établis;
• Proposer de nouvelles technologies pour le remplacement des composants obsolètes.
• Effectuer une revue mensuelle avec l’équipe technique (rencontre MFT) et discussion des différents événements de défaillance survenus durant le mois, l’identification des causes et solutions retenues.
• Gérer et assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI) liés à des équipements ou systèmes critiques afin d’assurer la durée des gains visés
• Proposer des objectifs de gains de fiabilité des équipements, de réduction de coût et de formation pour le processus du plan trois ans (appuyé par des indicateurs de performance UPTIME,TPM, MTTR, MTBF, Taux panne, PARETO etc.);
• Réaliser des études et analyses de fiabilité, de maintenabilité et de disponibilité.

Votre profil:

Diplôme universitaire baccalauréat en génie mécanique

• Minimum de 5 ans dans un poste d'ingénierie technique/industrielle ou de fiabilité de maintenance, ou expérience significative en maintenance couplée à une formation/expérience en équivalente
• Connaissance pratique des programmes de maintenance préventive et d'amélioration de la fiabilité, y compris l'analyse des causes profondes des pannes ;
• Pilotage de la sous-traitance spécialisée : Superviser et coordonner les interventions des prestataires externes pour les systèmes de ventilation, climatisation et chauffage, en veillant au respect des standards de sécurité et de qualité technique.
• Gestion contractuelle et conformité : Assurer le suivi rigoureux des contrats de maintenance, incluant la validation des rapports d'intervention et le respect des indicateurs de performance (KPI) convenus.
• Application des clauses de performance : Administrer les mécanismes de pénalités en cas de non-respect des délais d'intervention, des temps de réparation (MTTR) ou de la récurrence des pannes, afin de garantir une disponibilité maximale des actifs.
• Audit et optimisation des coûts : Analyser les écarts entre les services facturés et les travaux réalisés, tout en identifiant des opportunités de réduction de coûts par la renégociation ou la consolidation des contrats de service.
• Excellente connaissance de système GMAO
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ;
• Dynamique, autonome et bien organisé;
• Excellent communicateur et compétences démontrées en leadership
• Maîtrise de la résolution de problèmes et axé sur les résultats ;
• Maîtrise de la Suite Google (Sheets, Slides).

The A220 commercial aircraft Program is looking for a specialist in reliability (f/m) to join our maintenance team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the maintenance, production, tooling, transport, quality and factory engineering teams.

You will be part of the equipment and building reliability specialists team responsible for the maintenance of the equipment of industrial production.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as a reliability specialist will be to be responsible for the activities in reliability of equipment and development of the maintenance team and to support supervisors when it comes to finding solutions regarding breakdowns and machines that are assigned to you.

Your challenges:

• Minimum of 5 years in a technical/industrial engineering or maintenance reliability role, or significant maintenance experience combined with reliability training/experience;
• Practical knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and reliability improvement, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA);
• Specialized subcontracting management: Oversee and coordinate external service providers for HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical quality;
• Contract management and compliance: Ensure rigorous follow-up of maintenance contracts, including the validation of intervention reports and adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
• Application of performance clauses: Administer penalty mechanisms for non-compliance with response times, Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), or breakdown recurrence to guarantee maximum asset availability;
• Audit and cost optimization: Analyze discrepancies between billed services and completed work, while identifying cost-reduction opportunities through contract renegotiation or consolidation;
• Excellent knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software;
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken);
• Dynamic, autonomous, and well-organized;
• Excellent communicator with demonstrated leadership skills;
• Proficient in problem-solving and results-oriented;
• Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides).

Your boarding pass:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering an asset or college diploma (building mechanics) or equivalent professional background:

• Minimum of 3 years in a technical/industrial engineering or maintenance reliability position, or significant experience in maintenance coupled with training/experience in reliability;
• Practical knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and reliability improvement, including root cause analysis of failures;
• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical systems, machine design, engineering calculations;
• Fluent in both French and English;
• Dynamic, autonomous, and well-organized;
• Excellent communicator and demonstrated leadership skills;
• Proficient in problem-solving and results-oriented;
• Proficient in the Google Suite (Sheets, Slides).
