
Senior Software Developer - .NET / AWS / Full Stack

You’ll be part of a team building our next-generation services for commercial aviation customers. As part of our software engineering team, you’ll continue to enhance functionality for dispatch, performance, scheduling, tracking, documentation and/or weather.
Main responsibilities:
- Full stack development, maintenance, and testing on new and existing apps and services in a cloud environment.
- Independently own and drive the implementation of complex technical features, from design documentation through deployment.
- Mentor and guide the work of junior and intermediate team members, nurturing their growth and development.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert, leading technical designs, performing code reviews, and driving best practices and operational excellence standards across the organization to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Propose and lead initiatives that align with business goals while encouraging team collaboration and engagement.
Experience and education:
- At least seven (7+) years of professional experience developing software with .NET, C#, AWS or equivalent backend technologies.
- Experience working with frontend technologies such as Vue.js and Typescript or similar.
- Experience leading a team of software developers.
- Strong technical communication skills, ability to share concepts to various audiences.
- Ideally, holding certification as an AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Developer or be willing to earn certification within the first year (supported and funded by the business).
- You have a College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree within the software engineering area of study or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in English
