You will lead the coordination of all third party audits and change management activities within the Broughton plant perimeter with the following specific role deliverables

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

  • Planning review with governing bodies (EASA/ENAC).
  • Agenda planning of third party audits based on POA requirements.
  • Facilitate third party audits relating to POA.
  • Organise and lead audits across Broughton business areas and workstreams.
  • Management and facilitation of audit findings.
  • Monitor and cascade audits information and associated findings within site reporting governance.
  • Compile and distribute OWO POA compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate all industrial change activities in line with process and in cooperation with the governing bodies (EASA/ENAC).

ABOUT YOU:

  • EN9100 Standards: knowledge of aerospace-specific quality standards.
  • EASA Regulations: Understanding Part 21 (Production) requirements.
  • Audit Coordination: Experience managing the entire audit lifecycle: creating the audit plan, conducting surveillance, and tracking "Findings" to closure.
