Position Mission:

  • Lead cross-functional continuous improvement and competitiveness initiatives across all S&S functional areas, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
  • Foster a strong customer-focused culture throughout all Support and Services (S&S) activities to position the region as a reference in customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the planning, control, and execution of the S&S operational plan.
  • Act as a facilitator, promoting cooperation and dialogue among regional S&S, functional areas, Central teams, and other Group regions.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic improvement, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction projects in collaboration with the Customer Centers (CCs) and Central teams (e.g., Delta Project, simulator implementation).
  • Propose and monitor the strategic S&S footprint for the multi-year cycle.
  • Consolidate the development of the Operational Plan (OP) together with the CCs, and monitor and support the monthly execution of the regional S&S Operational Plan.
  • Consolidate and track operational KPIs (OTR, Hourly Rate, Inventories, Under Absorption, Gross Margin) with Operations Heads, as well as financial KPIs (Booking, Turnover, ROS) with the S&S Finance team, defining action plans in case of deviations jointly with each CC.
  • Actively contribute to maximizing value generation in S&S within the region, in full alignment with the global strategy of Airbus Helicopters.
  • Ensure cross-functional coordination and harmonization of working methods in accordance with global S&S guidelines.


Requirements:

  • Completed higher education.
  • Solid experience in coordination, project management, or operations roles, preferably in aeronautical, industrial, or complex service environments.
  • Experience in matrix organizations and global environments, with frequent interaction between regional and central teams.
  • Profile with strong analytical skills, business and P&L mindset, ability to influence without direct authority, and high emotional intelligence.
  • Languages: English and Portuguese (advanced). French and Spanish are desirable.

  • Consolidar a construção do Plano Operacional (OP) com os CCs. Monitorar e apoiar mês a mês a execução do Plano Operacional do S&S regional.
  • Consolidar e acompanhar os indicadores operacionais (OTR, Taxa Hora, Inventories, Under Absorption, Gross Margin) com os Heads de Operações e indicadores financeiros (Booking, Turnover, ROS) com o time Financeiro S&S. Definir plano de ação em caso de desvio junto com cada CC.
  • Atuar na maximização da geração de valor em S&S na região, em total alinhamento com a estratégia global da Airbus Helicopters.
  • Assegurar a coordenação transversal e harmonização dos métodos de trabalho segundo as diretrizes globais de S&S.


Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Completo.
  • Experiência sólida em funções de coordenação, gestão de projetos ou operações, preferencialmente em ambientes aeronáuticos, industriais ou de serviços complexos.
  • Vivência em ambientes matriciais e organizações globais, com interação frequente entre times regionais e centrais.
  • Perfil: Forte capacidade analítica, visão de negócio (P&L) e habilidade de influência sem autoridade direta, inteligência emocional.
  • Idioma: Inglês e Português (Avançado) | Francês e Espanhol (Desejável).
