We looking for a Recruitment Trainee to join our team!
Important information:
- 9 months internship (starts on September 2026, ends on June 2027)
- Full time position (40 hours per week)
- 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + Hybrid allowance
Responsibilities - your mission
As an intern in Recruitment at Airbus your tasks may be related with:
- Support the recruitment team with screening of CVs, contacting candidates, providing feedback and schedule interviews;
- Support preparation and facilitate assessment center sessions
- Manage the recruitment mailbox;
- Keep the files and systems updated with the necessary information;
- Support the employment marketing initiatives;
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
- Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;
- Relevant degree for the area;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Integrity;
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management
- Language: English - Advanced level
- Another European language is a plus
