Quality Conformance Engineer
Location: Belfast


Security Clearance: Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance OR You will be subject to BPSS and Export Control checks (including a criminal record check)

Travel Required: Occasional travel within UK

In this Engineer role, you will be dedicated to rigorous Quality Assurance, directly impacting the safety and reliability of our services. Your work will be vital in maintaining compliance with established standards and regulations, contributing to our overall market success and customer focus.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

  • You will audit and survey the Quality Management System (QMS) and manage delegated authorities.
  • You will manage the cascading of requirements from internal customers, external customers, and authority requirements.
  • You will identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • You will develop and implement quality control plans to monitor product or service performance.


ABOUT YOU (Must Haves)

  • You possess strong knowledge of quality management principles and ISO certification standards (ISO9001/AS9100).
  • You have experience with quality software tools such as QMS, Planisware, and JIRA.
  • You are able to conduct root cause analysis of defects and incidents to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • You can provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, and Tableau
