Airbus is seeking motivated, fresh graduate talent to join a specific department for a 10-month Protégé Program. This program is for Malaysian fresh graduates only, as mandated by Malaysian Government. This paid immersion is designed to provide you with an unparalleled, practical application of your undergraduate studies, offering deep exposure to the subject matter and how it directly drives success within a world-leading aerospace corporation.

This role reports to the Facility, Safety & Security Manager

  • Manage services and projects such as cleaning, catering, people transportation in cooperation with internal and external partners.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and needs are met by using available resources in the most efficient and effective way.
  • Manage and improve services and suppliers to ensure delivery on time, quality and cost.


This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
