Job Description: Graduate/Post Graduate with 7+ years of overall experience, mandatory 5+ years in Release management & ITSM modules with following criteria:
Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 7-10 years of development experience
5+ years of Project management across lifecycle SDLC is mandatory (Formal experience of conducting TCQ, KPIs and project planning, scoping, execution)
5+ yrs of exp on Service-now/ Jira/ Rally/VersionOne or Agility tools
Experience with automated release coordination tools (such as XL Release or UrbanCode Release)
Strong experience of ITIL processes (min foundation certification required)
Agile (Scrum & Kanban) hands-on experience working in cross-functional Agile teams from inception to release.
Hands-on CI/CD and automation understanding
5-6 years of experience managing complex IT systems.
Experience of managing maintenance & operations activities
2+ yrs of Project management activities, complex stakeholder management, lean six sigma project implementation
Strong experience as a functional and technical leader
Proven experience of managing IT project combining cloud (AWS, GCP) and
Advanced level of English
Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Follow and lead the technical assessment for any requirements on ITSM and ITOM to deliver the service out of the box Be accountable to maintain the upgradability and the performance of the platform with the new releases (out of the box first) Assess new ServiceNow release impacts according to Airbus implementation to organize and lead the ServiceNow upgrade Lead the technical configuration for the different instances Working in small and self-sufficient multi-disciplinary teams responsible for ITSM platform (developer, architect, software engineer, product owner, process owner, etc) Establish & validate the Release management process ensuring the alignment with the PSL Release manager & ART Trio. Provide release management support for application, operational, infrastructure and configuration deployments Able to plan and deliver multiple ServiceNow instance Upgrades including cloning and back ups coordinating with multiple customers. Health Scan of update set/platform to efficiently maintain platform health and ensure the best practices are followed. Able to understand and deliver the On-Premise Servicenow instance installation and support. Support releases of scoped applications activities as needed. Managing scrum masters, providing right support
Hands-on experience developing using JavaScript & relational databases.
Knowledge on some of the following programming languages and concepts Java, XML, Python/Json, Javascript, Angular.js, but also on Linux system
Knowledge on some of the following products/tools: Splunk, Ansible, Docker, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Jira/Confluence, etc
DevOps set-up knowledge: orientation, knowledge of continuous integration frameworks and some of the following products/tools: Docker, Nexus, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, VersionOne, Splunk, ElasticSearch, Ansible, etc.
Ensuring that PM / Agile Processes, Methods & Tools are applied
Leading industrialization of highly available, scalable, maintainable, monitored solutions
Leading the development, update and use CI/CD pipeline to allow fully automated deployments of applications across all environments from Development, Q&A and Production
Driving a multi-functional project team across organizations, acting as a servant leader.
Coaching, mentoring and enabling other developers
