Missão do Cargo:

Garantir a aeronavegabilidade continuada da frota de helicópteros sob a gestão da Helibras, atuando de forma estratégica no planejamento preditivo de manutenção, auditoria de registros técnicos e interface direta com a área comercial para otimizar a capacidade da oficina e reduzir o tempo de indisponibilidade da aeronave.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar a aeronavegabilidade das aeronaves que possuem contrato de CAMO com a Helibras.
  • Controlar e auditar registros técnicos, cadernetas, inspeções, diretrizes de aeronavegabilidade e componentes com limite de vida da frota de asas rotativas.
  • Desenvolver, revisar e controlar os Programas de Manutenção de acordo com as diretrizes dos fabricantes e legislação da ANAC.
  • Planejar as paradas de manutenção programada em sinergia com a capacidade da oficina e demandas do comercial.
  • Antecipar necessidades de suprimentos e ferramentas para paradas programadas.
  • Solicitar manutenção, supervisionar atividades e coordenar decisões relacionadas para garantir que qualquer manutenção seja realizada corretamente e seja apropriadamente liberada para a determinação da aeronavegabilidade da aeronave.

Requisitos:

  • Formação completa em engenharia mecânica com especialização aeronáutica, engenharia aeronáutica, ou áreas correlatas em aviação.

    Job Mission:

    Ensure the continued airworthiness of the helicopter fleet managed by Helibras by taking a strategic approach to predictive maintenance planning, auditing technical records, and liaising directly with the commercial department to optimize workshop capacity and reduce aircraft downtime.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the airworthiness of aircraft under a CAMO contract with Helibras.
    • Monitor and audit technical records, logbooks, inspections, airworthiness directives, and components with life limits for the rotary-wing fleet.
    • Develop, review, and monitor maintenance programs in accordance with manufacturers’ guidelines and ANAC regulations.
    • Plan scheduled maintenance downtime in coordination with workshop capacity and commercial demands.
    • Anticipate supply and tool requirements for scheduled maintenance outages.
    • Request maintenance, supervise activities, and coordinate related decisions to ensure that all maintenance is performed correctly and is properly released to determine the aircraft’s airworthiness.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in aeronautical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related aviation fields.
    • Solid experience in maintenance shops or air taxi companies.
    • Proven experience in maintenance planning or CAMO, specifically with helicopters (rotary-wing aircraft).
    • Proficiency in ANAC regulations (RBAC 91, 135, 145).
    • Analytical and proactive profile, with excellent communication skills and a focus on problem-solving.
    • Knowledge of aviation maintenance management software.
    • Advanced technical English for reading and verbal communication.
