Responsabilities:

  • Providing the necessary technical support in matters relating to total remuneration (fixed and variable).

  • Ensuring that research is carried out into market trends in the area of Remuneration and Benefits area, generating data and information to help define the company's total remuneration strategy.

  • Working on studies and analyses to maintain the Job & Salary Plan and organizational structure.

  • Providing support to managers on issues related to remuneration and carrying out training, presentations and lectures on remuneration issues for the entire organization.

  • Supporting the construction of the HR budget, headcount control, validation of the organizational structure and staff sizing.

  • Being the interlocutor between the company, headquarters and suppliers in the management of expatriates.

  • Developing and implementing mobility programs and policies, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of processes related to the transfer of employees to different locations.

  • Ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to employee mobility.

  • Carrying out market analysis to determine competitive remuneration packages for employees on the move.

  • Providing support to employees on mobility-related issues such as visas, immigration, relocation and cultural adjustments.

  • Ensuring that visa and document procedures for expatriates are carried out properly and in good time (CPF, RNE, work permit, etc.).

  • Ensuring that the expatriate policy is applied, keeping track of remuneration and benefits as planned.

  • Monitoring and reporting on key metrics and indicators related to mobility.

Requirements:

  • Full university degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related areas.

  • Solid experience in Mobility activities.

  • Knowledge of compensation, benefits and organizational structure management methodologies (Towers, Hay and/or Mercer).

  • Knowledge of international remuneration practices.

  • Knowledge of ICP and ILP.

  • Advanced Excel and good knowledge of statistics and the development of HR flows, processes and indicators.

  • Knowledge of labor legislation.

  • Experience in project management.

  • Fluency in Portuguese (verbal, writing and reading).

  • Advanced English (will be assessed at interview).

  • Dar o suporte técnico necessário nos assuntos relacionados à remuneração total (fixa e variável).

  • Garantir a condução de pesquisas sobre tendência de mercado na área de Remuneração e Benefícios, gerando dados e informações que subsidiem a definição da estratégia de remuneração total da empresa.

  • Atuar na elaboração de estudos e análises para manutenção do Plano de Cargos & Salários e estrutura organizacional.

  • Fornecer suporte aos gestores em questões relacionadas à remuneração e realizar treinamentos, apresentações e palestras sobre assuntos de remuneração para toda a organização.

  • Apoiar na construção do orçamento de RH, controle de Headcount, validação de estrutura organizacional e dimensionamento de pessoal.

  • Ser o interlocutor entre a empresa, matriz e fornecedores na gestão dos expatriados.

  • Desenvolver e implementar programas e políticas de mobilidade, garantindo a eficiência e a eficácia dos processos relacionados à transferência de funcionários para diferentes locais.

  • Garantir o cumprimento das leis e regulamentos aplicáveis à mobilidade de funcionários.

  • Realizar análises de mercado para determinar pacotes de remuneração competitivos para os funcionários em deslocamento.

  • Fornecer suporte aos funcionários em questões relacionadas à mobilidade, como vistos, imigração, realocação e ajustes culturais.

  • Garantir que os procedimentos de visto e documentos para expatriados sejam feitos de maneira adequada e em tempo hábil (CPF, RNE, Carteira de trabalho, etc.).

  • Garantir a aplicação da política de expatriados, mantendo o controle da remuneração e benefícios conforme previsto.

  • Acompanhar e relatar métricas e indicadores-chave relacionados à mobilidade.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas.

  • Sólida experiência em atividades de Mobility.

  • Domínio de metodologias de administração de remuneração, benefícios e estrutura organizacional (Towers, Hay e/ou Mercer).

  • Conhecimento e práticas de remuneração internacional.

  • Conhecimento em ICP e ILP.

  • Excel avançado e bons conhecimentos estatísticos e em elaboração de fluxos, processos, indicadores de RH.

  • Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista.

  • Experiência na condução de projetos.

  • Fluência em português (verbal, escrita e leitura).

  • Inglês avançado (será avaliado na entrevista).
