Skills & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Assist with the organization, preparation, and execution of applicant days and selection processes.
Onboarding Coordination: Help welcome new colleagues from day one to ensure a motivating onboarding experience.
HR Project Support: Assist the team with strategic human resources projects and take ownership of partial tasks.

Dein Profil für unsere Crew:
Immatrikulation im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbar) - idealerweise Schwerpunkt HR
