Join Tesat-Spacecom GmbH & Co. KG in Stuttgart, Germany as an intern for an Internship supporting RF and space technology. In this full-time student role with flexible working hours, you will research, design, and simulate an analog power limiter for Ka-Band RF systems.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, or a comparable degree program.
  • Initial experience in analog or RF design.
  • Solid understanding of high-frequency engineering and circuit theory.
  • Experience with circuit design software (ADS, Cadence Virtuoso).
  • Good proficiency in both German and English.

Skills & Responsibilities

  • ADS / Cadence Virtuoso: Design and simulate the analog power limiter circuit to manage RF power effectively in the Ka-Band.
  • RF Engineering Knowledge: Conduct literature research and analyze circuit variants, balancing power limitation with signal integrity.
  • Behavioral Analysis: Investigate performance under process and environmental variations for space operations.
  • Technical Documentation: Summarize results and produce a technical report.
  • Potential transition routes: Students from electrical engineering or physics backgrounds may bring strong circuit theory and simulation skills, alongside meeting the required programming or design software competencies.

Job description

Job Description:

Was dich erwartet

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
