Joining to process, method, tools and data (PMTD) organization you will be part of the team drawing the future of our operations defining the way of working for the process and tools. As Extended enterprise ME product owner you will be accountable of the E2E process and tool for the legacy and new programs.

In one hand, you will be taking care of the process & tools of our legacy programs (LTA, A400M, MRTT...) and, on the other hand, you will be working inside of the Digital Design, Manufacturing and Service (DDMS) Airbus which is expecting to be a step change in the operational efficiency across the lifecycle of the program. DDMS Project objectives are to reduce the time to market and the overall product costs (NRC and RC), allowing a co-design with the assigned major subcontractor with taking into consideration the digital continuity of internal and external data generated.

In this context, the definition of the system to manage the manufacturing process in external providers in Operations is one of the key challenges for the future programs (and legacy ones), and you will have the opportunity to design and build this future as “PMTD Product Owner for extended enterprise”

The jobholder will lead the PMTD team that define, develop, execute and support the process and tool to support the capabilities in “ME Extended Enterprise” (EE) for the legacy and the new programs:

  • Define, develop and deploy the Process, Method and tool for ME Extended Enterprise solution to enable the launch of Eurodrone / FCAS program (and future new programs) based on the use of 3DX as core PLM tool.
  • Sustaining for porcess anf tools on legacy programs: LTA, MRT, A400M...
  • Lead the team during the development (exploration, maturation, and implementation) of Extended Enterprise DDMS capabilities, ensuring compliance with ED program milestones.
  • Drive the Fit gap analysis: Extended Enterprise E2E processes and methodologies vs DDMS solutions.
  • Focal point for developers in order to support the deployment of the tools customization.
  • Business requirements & use cases definition ensuring a harmonized output that meets legacy systems requirements and business needs.
  • Strategy: Collect the inputs from the stakeholders that contribute to the Extended enterprise process and create a strategic roadmap

Required skills:

Technical & Bussines

  • Desirable knowledge of E2E process for Manufacturing engineering extended enterprise covering the industrialization phase.
  • Desirable Experience with Dassault Systems Applications (e.g. Catia V5, Catia V6, Apriso, 3DX), preferable expert level.
  • Working background in the aerospace industry and experience in Manufacturing Engineering is mandatory
  • Knowledge of the AIRBUS Group Divisions (Comercial, ADS,..).
  • Experience around >3 years in Manufacturing.
