Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an experienced Design Process, Methods and Tools (H/F) specialist to join our Digital Airframe team based in Toulouse, France.

In the Design Methods and Tools team, we defined processes, methods and digital tools on design perimeter and definition dossier for the next-generation aircraft, while improving them for ongoing programs such as the A320 and A350.

Your challenges:

  • Identify the Design Office needs in terms of new design methods and digital tools.
  • Evaluate the existing design methods and tools to streamline and harmonize them.
  • Define acceptance testing for processes, methods, and digital tools.
  • Provide responsive and proactive support, as well as training for engineers.
  • Contribute to the vision and evolution roadmap of digital tools.
  • Act as a specialist in design methods and tools and collaborate with the Information Technology teams.
  • Project management (time, scope, costs, quality).
  • Contribute to develop Team Skills to put in place collaborative Way of Working and ensure mutual assistance between the international team Members

Your boarding pass:

  • Proven experience (10 years minimum) in Design Process, Method and Tools
  • Experience in engineering Design Modelling Methods using CATIA et 3DExperience tools.
  • Bonne communication , à l’aise dans les présentations techniques
  • Ability to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment
  • English : Advanced level
