Excellent professional opportunity for a Plant Resources Planning and Digital Support Specialist within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).

We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional in resource planning (Workforce Planning) and digitalization and continuous improvement project management to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the precise balance between operational workload and available resources, managing workforce sizing, and leading strategic digital transformation initiatives. This role will play a key part in our commitment to operational excellence, team well-being, and plant efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Capacity Analysis: Monitor and assess current workload versus the plant’s actual operational capacity.

Operational Forecasting: Analyze medium- and long-term production plans to anticipate organizational movements.

Workforce Sizing: Proactively estimate hiring needs to ensure an optimal balance between operational workload and available resources.

Headcount Administration and Control

Monthly Reporting: Prepare, review, and present consolidated monthly headcount reports.

Turnover Control: Monitor and reconcile monthly personnel movements, including hires, exits, and internal transfers.

Absenteeism Control: Track and manage absenteeism rates, analyzing operational impact and ensuring required coverage.

Monitoring and Follow-up of Absenteeism Improvement Plans (People Healthy)

Collect monthly absenteeism data at line and plant level (in collaboration with HR) and define projections and trends (forecast).

Support and promote well-being plans to reduce absenteeism at both line and plant level, ensuring root cause analysis and action plans are developed (PDCA - Plan, Do, Check, Act).

Digital Transformation and Financial Management

Digitalization Leadership: Manage and oversee the execution of strategic digital transformation projects within the plant.

Budget Control: End-to-end management, control, and optimization of budgets assigned to technology and digitalization initiatives.

Project Management Support: Provide project management support to the Performance & Improvement Manager.
