An opportunity for an Air Power Transport & Logistics Digital Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Tablada (Sevilla).

Within the Procurement organization inside Airbus Defence and Space, a new job opportunity has arisen for becoming part of the Air Power Transport & Logistics (T&L) department and in particular of TAOPLC Contracts, Performance and Digital.

RESPONSABILITIES:

As part of this team, you will be part of a multi-national and transversal environment and you will Lead the Digital projects portfolio for T&L. We strive for continuous improvement and support our internal customers in delivering T&L digital operations. We learn from experience, challenge the status-quo and leverage best practices.

If you believe that this job is for you, then your main responsibilities will be to:

• Assess the current As-Is situation, including mindset, behaviours and ways of working in order to identify pain points of T&L teams
  
• Define the To-Be strategy and improvement opportunities to be addressed.
  
• Define and Identify collaboratively with T&L teams the improvement opportunities, and accompany them in the T&L digital improvement journey.
  
• Implement the necessary digital transversal projects and tools in T&L teams.
  
• Detect best practices and support their deployment to other teams.
  
• Contribute to T&L transformation plan through Digital projects implementation to boost Excellence.
  
• Promote digital & innovation improvement mindset in order to drive T&L maturity and performance towards excellence.
  
• Support the ERP project implementation
  
• Lead the Digital OP for the T&L Air Power team
  
• Be the direct Point of Contact with the Digital team to achieve the digital projects implementation
  
• Represent T&L in the procurement digital forums
  

SKILLS:

• Master degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics or industrial context
  
• Project/Program Management Experience in a multi-national context
  
• Knowledge and experience working in Transport & Logistics
  
• Knowledge and Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems (EWM)
  
• Change Management
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Successful track record of leading improvements projects
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a multi-national context
  
• Strong analytical, problem solving, planning skills & knowledge of business models
  
• Proactivity, self-motivation, customer focused
  
• Creativity and strong emotional intelligence
  
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
  
• Knowledge in Finance (preparation of OP and business cases)
  
• Knowledge in Google environment (lookerstudio, scripts) and Sap Analytic Cloud
  
• Programming skills
