Job Description:

We are looking for a Personnel Administration Technical Expert (Data Analytics Development) to join our Reward Operations team at Airbus Portugal.

Responsibilities - your mission:

You will join the Development Team Core HR within the Reward Operations department and will work in collaboration with an innovative and collaborative team of 11 people located in Blagnac (France) which delivers Personal Administration Digital Human Resources Solutions for all Airbus divisions (Helicopter, Defence and Space, Civil Aircraft) in France.

Your main missions will be:

  • Reward Operations has a very key technical component with Skywise. It is our key backbone for our Data analytics, Reporting and Data Quality topic. There are lots of projects of evolution. In this sense, you will work on Skywise Reward Operations Maintenance of existing reports and creation of new components inside Skywise.
  • Reward Operation has a key Dashboard indicator with Qliksense. The jobholder will be responsible for maintenance of the actual Dashboard and lead all evolution needed.
  • Escriba is the document management Tool for SAP environment. This is a key component for Reward Operation. The jobholder will perform all evolution needed for our contracts.


Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluent level of English (French desirable);
  • Bachelor degree in Information Systems Technology or Data Analytics. Master degree preferred.
  • Python knowledge including library like Pandas / Numpy mandatory
  • Skywise Palantir knowledge mandatory
  • Qliksense & Escriba knowledge is a plus;
  • SAP HR knowledge is a plus
