- State of the art product consolidation

- Continuous Performance improvement.

Definitely, we are moved by our passion to make it fly!

If you are the successful candidate who overcomes this process, you will take ownership of our payroll processes and core HR systems. You will ensure that our administrative engine runs flawlessly, from ERP maintenance to mandatory reporting and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Payroll Coordination (ADP Interface): Act as the primary liaison with our external payroll provider (ADP). Manage the parameterization of the process and prepare accurate, timely monthly payroll inputs (variations, bonuses, absences).

- Quality Assurance & Finance Collaboration: Review and validate the monthly payroll outputs from ADP. Partner closely with the Finance team to guarantee the flawless execution of salary payments, tax withholdings, and Social Security contributions.

- Employee Support: Serve as the friendly and efficient first point of contact for all employee queries, claims, and clarifications regarding their paychecks and benefits.

- ERP & Data Management: Own and maintain personnel administration data within the company's HRIS/ERP, meticulously tracking employee records, leaves of absence, and time-off.

- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare key HR metrics and reports for the HR Director, and generate all mandatory documentation and reports required by the Workers' Legal Representation (RLPT).

- Be responsible in front of internal audits and labor, social security and tax inpsections.

- Benefits Administration: Collaborate directly with the HR Director in the daily management and roll-out of employee benefits packages. The role will expand to a more strategic rol on Compensation and Benefits related matters to have an end-to-end perspective from negotiation till execution and delivery of HR compensation and payroll related services.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in payroll management and personnel administration, specifically acting as a liaison with outsourced payroll providers.

- Payroll & Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of Spanish Social Security processes, tax calculations, and how to read/audit complex payroll outputs.

- Advanced Spreadsheet Fluency: Excellent command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation) to manage inputs, audit outputs, and structure reports.

- Team Player: Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work hand-in-hand with the HR Generalist and Finance teams to ensure cross-departmental alignment.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional empathy and clarity when explaining payroll or administrative concepts to employees.

Highly Valued Skills

- ADP Experience: Recent experience managing payroll processes specifically using ADP is a major plus.

- Data-Driven: A strong interest or background in Workforce Analytics, helping us turn administrative data into useful insights.

- Benefits Systems: Prior experience managing modern flexible remuneration platforms.

- Professional fluency in English

Feel like you can't tick some boxes above? If you have most of the skills and experience that we're looking for and are willing to use your talent to learn the rest, we encourage you to apply!
