Come to join us at Light Transport Aircraft (LTA) FAL and MRO in Seville. With a total of 33 deliveries (FAL & MRO) we offer a wide range of multi-mission solutions adapted to our customer needs. Our strategy and growth is based on Industrialization & deliveries, Operational Excellence System (OES), Digitalization and People

As OES leader in the Performance & Improvement team, you lead the challenge of setting strategy and goals for LTA FAL and MRO in Seville, cascading these goals and leading al the OES process coordinating improvement actions and projects to reach them.

You’ll have to work with international transversal teams from others plants, representing LTA FAL & MRO, and ensuring the right coordination of standard implementation. At the same time the continuous benchmarking with other plants will help you to implement locally the best practices.

In parallel you’ll be part of the multi-functional teams of the plant, collaborating with all king of improvement Digitalization and R&D and leading mindset change.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Leading Lean steering committees dealing with all improvement activities: Lean, TIPs and PPS, HK and Main projects, KPIs definition at all levels.
  • Organize LTA day and activities to enhance LTA brand.
  • Implementation and training of OES digital tools in the organization: Digital SQCDP, One Single Flow, Control Room, Process Confirming at all level...
  • Planning of Health &Safety activities at workshop level, coordinating process confirming, communication plan and all the routines defined by the organization.

This job involves working across silos and in many different cultures, requiring soft skills like communication and effective presentation. Team work is key.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
