- Lead the AOS standards deployment and sustainability with focus on the TOP Priority Bricks and liaising with AOS central team and peer entities for the AOS content and the deployment of AOS roadmap. Contribute to maintain and improve FAL TJN performance on time, on quality and on cost for Operation, Quality, HR, Finance...
- Lead operational and improvement teams to build and execute Continuous Improvement plans, focusing on business priorities, performance, customers and irritants. Ensure to maintain and improve FAL TJN performance of on time , on quality & on cost Operation, Quality, HR, Finance...
- Setup the AOS and digitalization strategy and implement the roadmap accordingly. Ensure to maintain and improve FAL TJN performance of on time , on quality & on cost Operation, Quality, HR, Finance
- Drive and maintain the process standardization through AOS and digitalization implementation within the organization. Contribute to maintain and improve FAL TJN performance of on time , on quality & on cost for Operation, Quality, HR, Finance
- Foster continuous improvement mindset and animate continuous improvement networks and initiatives across the organization. Contribute to maintain and improve FAL TJN performance of on time , on quality & on cost for Operation, Quality, HR, Finance
- Lead KPI tree implementation as well as definition and strategic alignment of the performance system, ensuring clear lineage from result KPIs to actionable Monitoring KPIs. Carry out, maintain and improve FAL TJN performance of on time, on quality and on cost.
- Ensures proper drumbeat of agreed Key Performance Indicators in line with site objectives and strategy and thorough follow-up and tracking of continuous improvement plans and alerts Senior Leadership members and functional leaders (FAL General Manager, Senior Directors and Directors) when action plans are not diligently delivered. Ensure to sustain and improve FAL TJN performance of on time , on quality and on cost.
