Buscamos un(a) Office Manager organizado (a), proactivo (a) y con excelentes habilidades interpersonales para ser la cara visible de nuestra organización. Este rol es fundamental para garantizar que las operaciones diarias fluyan sin problemas, gestionando desde la atención a visitantes de alto perfil y la logística de viajes, hasta procesos administrativos críticos en SAP / G-Suite.


Responsabilidades Principales


  • Brindar atención a visitantes externos, verificar que estén debidamente registrados y autorizados y canalizarlos al área correspondiente.
  • Informar a la guardia del aeródromo y Airbus sobre las visitas del centro de entrenamiento.
  • Contestar las llamadas telefónicas y canalizarlas al área correspondiente.
  • Mantener el control en la recepción de correspondencia y/o documentos.
  • Apoyar a los equipos técnico, administrativo y de aseo con las Órdenes de Compra necesarias.
  • Recibir las compras, verificar que estén completas e ingresar la factura a SAP, realizando la Entrada de Mercancía.
  • Contacto con proveedores para asegurar que las compras lleguen dentro del plazo requerido.
  • Emitir badges para visitantes, alumnos e instructores.
  • Encargarse de la venta de merchandising , control y reposición de stock.
  • Encargarse de solicitar documentos para registro de nuevos proveedores y clientes, juntamente al depto. de finanzas.
  • Apoyar al personal con sus viajes y misiones externas.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia: Mínima de 2 a 3 años en roles de Office Management, Asistente Administrativo u otros similares.
  • Sistemas: Manejo de SAP (módulos de compras) y dominio de G-Suite
  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Capacidad multitasking y excelente organización.
  • Actitud de servicio y resolución de problemas bajo presión.
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio-avanzado
